Life After Loss by WellMama in Eugene, Oregon is designed to offer compassionate support to individuals who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or the loss of a child in infancy. Our program encompasses a range of resources, including in-person and online peer support groups, one-on-one text support, community events, and various other forms of support.
Each group series offers the opportunity to share, process and bond as a group with others who have gone through similar experiences. There are four sessions available over the course of the year.Fall, Winter, and Spring groups are 8 weeks long and our Summer group is 4 weeks.
We understand that remembrance days can feel lonely. We would love to send you a letter on your baby's remembrance day as a reminder that you are not alone, and we are remembering your precious little one with you.
Our peer support series groups meet once a week over the course of eight weeks (four weeks during Summer sessions) to offer the opportunity to share, process, and bond as a group with others who have gone through similar experiences. There are four sessions available over the course of the year and all are gently guided by facilitators who share the lived experience of loss. Participants are encouraged to set the intention of attending each week in the series, understanding that things may come up and that that too is okay.

In honor of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, WellMama invites you to the Wave of Light, a worldwide infant loss memorial ceremony to honor the short lives of babies who left this world too soon. The Wave of Light is an opportunity for parents to come together and honor and remember their babies together at the Lambs Cottage, in Eugene to remember the little ones who are no longer with us, surrounded by family, friends, and supporters.
We understand the deep sense of solitude that remembrance days can evoke. We would be honored to send you a personal letter on your baby's remembrance day, serving as a gentle reminder that you are not alone in these moments.
